National OIC Academy

No prior Offer in Compromise experience is necessary. The National Offer in Compromise Academy offers both online and live programs tailored to CPAs, enrolled agents, tax preparers, and attorneys who are (a) expanding their current practice into the lucrative field of Offer in Compromise services, (b) training support staff to assist in the production of Offer in Compromise services, and (c) for existing Offer in Compromise professionals, sharpening their technical skills with in-depth analysis and citation support from the Tax Code, Treasury regulations, case law, and the Internal Revenue Manual.
